Happy News: Our Brand New Features Just Arrived!

No matter what goes on in the wild world outside, we at OptiMonk are continuously working on providing you with more and more useful features to make your website more efficient and more convenient. 

Therefore, we released 3 brand new features to your OptiMonk account that are definitely worth checking out! Let’s see what we have in store for you!

1. Instant lead notification

Oftentimes you want to keep a close eye on a campaign of yours and maybe even immediately act when a new lead comes in. In a lot of sectors, lead response time is becoming one of the most powerful factors of successful conversions. Why would you give the time for your interested visitors to keep looking for alternatives?

With this new feature, you can turn on notifications for selected campaigns and get notified via email in an instant when someone signs up.

To activate this feature, go to the Campaigns menu and choose one of your campaigns. On the campaign page, click on the “Edit settings” button. You will find the notification toggle switch right below the integration options. You can even add as many email addresses as you would like to!

2. New integration: Slack

Slack is a highly popular collaboration hub, a “single place for messaging, tools and files.” This means Slack is an instant messaging system (both for group chats and direct messages) with lots of add-ins for other workplace tools. 

You can now find Slack among our integration options! It means that you don’t need to worry about forwarding messages or making different email lists anymore – you can simply use your current Slack channels to notify the relevant team members! You can use this integration to get notification about new subscriptions, registrations, orders, leads, etc.

How can you set it up? Just select one of your relevant campaigns, click on the “Edit settings” button, and add Slack integration to your campaign with a single click!

3. The new way of choosing templates

We also improved the process of creating a new campaign and choosing a template. From now on, it will be easier to find the perfect template, because you can see more information already at the first step!

With this new, transparent setup you still have the opportunity to filter the templates by goals, message types and themes on the left-hand side. But from now on, you can sort the list either by popularity, conversion rate, or recency – depending on what you would like to see first.

You are unsure which template to choose? We help you: When you hover over a template, you can see the average conversion rate, the message type and the goal that the template is best to use for.  With this option you will immediately see if that template matches your ideas and goals.

We also renewed the template preview! Just as before, you can have a detailed look of all pages of the template (Main page, Thank you page, Teaser), and you can preview both the desktop and mobile versions. 

But with the renewed setup, you can read some additional information about what this template can help you with e.g. increasing sales, collecting Messenger subscribers, guiding your visitors. In the bottom right corner, you can see the average conversion rate and the template’s tags, as well.
