  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or sourcing (IT recruitment experience is a significant plus!)
  • Excellent communication skills to represent our company in the best possible light
  • Fluency in Hungarian and intermediate English proficiency
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and supportive—you’re the person we can always rely on!

How would you contribute to our mission?

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each position
  • Use Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-potential passive candidates
  • Screen resumes, profiles, and portfolios to find the perfect fit
  • Build and maintain a talent pool through strategic research, referrals, and outreach campaigns
  • Handle administrative tasks and support the team in daily operations—you’ll be the go-to person for everyone!
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Work with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless recruitment operations
