Requirements description

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on B2B demand gen, paid acquisition, and executing full lifecycle marketing campaigns 
  • Know the difference between Lead Gen and Demand Gen
  • Proficiency with all ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc)
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Knowledge of one or more of these is a plus

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment working on a SaaS product
  • Expertise in utilizing tools and technology we use (e.g. Figma, Heap, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Elementor)
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Basic design skills & aesthetic sense
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, etc)

We are seeking a Demand Gen Marketer with an “out-of-the-box” mindset!

How would you contribute to our mission?

You will be at the heart of our product-led growth strategy and will work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams, as well as with other product teams. Your main tasks will be:

  • Develop demand generation strategy and roadmap
    Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Drive our category expansion to our ICP
    Have a deep understanding of our client’s and prospects’ pain points, what false beliefs they have, and how we can drive demand by using this information to the best of our ability.
  • Manage our company’s paid advertising accounts and processes
    Build, improve, and maintain ad accounts across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Plus manage the whole paid advertising process (including banner designing and creating & optimizing landing pages).
  • Collaborate with our content team
    Proactively recommend new campaigns based on the materials delivered by our content team (articles, videos, ebooks, webinars, etc), and suggest content as well, based on the campaigns’ performance.
  • Collaborate with our design team
    Brief our graphic designer to create attractive and eye-capturing ads that match our users’ “Jobs-to-be-done”.
  • Keep abreast of SEM & Demand Gen trends
    Performs competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones. Consistently bring new demand gen ideas and angles to the table, test and iterate on them.
  • Taking ownership of a budget and investing wisely
    Evaluating performance marketing channels through CAC, and other marketing KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and CLTV.
