About the position

As the Head of Customer Success, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our customer department to deliver top-notch service (we’re proud of our 4.8/5 Star Shopify Review!). You’ll oversee daily operations, set performance goals, and continuously improve our customer care processes to ensure our customers are delighted. In this leadership position, you’ll be the go-to person for tackling complex issues, providing ongoing training and development for your team, and collaborating with other departments to elevate the overall customer experience. Your role is vital to our company, and you’ll work closely with the CEO.

  • Lead the Team: Guide, coach, and inspire your team to not just meet but exceed expectations. Provide continuous training to help them grow their skills and knowledge
  • Innovate: Leverage the power of AI to free up your team’s time, allowing them to focus on high-value tasks that truly make an impact
  • Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline customer care processes, boosting efficiency and raising the bar for customer satisfaction. Spot and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage Escalations: Be the go-to person for resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring they are handled swiftly and effectively
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to monitor performance and adjust tactics as needed
  • Track Performance: Keep a close eye on key customer care metrics and ensure your team consistently meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Convert Leads: Help your team turn leads into customers through exciting demos, nurturing partnerships and personalized solution plans
  • Voice of the Customer: Communicate customer feedback, feature requests and pain points to leadership and the product and engineering teams
