Requirements description

You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Customer Service/Project Management
Customer-focused mindset: you like to help other people and it doesn’t bother you to tell the same story for the 20th time
You are dynamic and a fast learner: our product evolves and grows, so it is a good challenge to keep up your expert status to provide the best service for our customers
You can work remotely for longer periods if needed
You don’t shy away from new challenges even if they are out of your comfort zone

Knowledge of one or more of these is a plus

Experience with or knowledge of the SaaS industry
Experience with or knowledge of the eCommerce industry
Experience with or knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot
Experience with CSS, HTML and JavaScript

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the liaison for our customers. The primary goal of a Customer Success Manager is to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and goals, and help them achieve maximum value from the company’s offerings.

How would you contribute to our mission?

Customer relationship management: Your task will be to ensure customer satisfaction. You will need to communicate actively with the Optimonk sales team and customers.
Project management: Planning, monitoring, and supervising your projects. You will be responsible for coordinating collaboration with customers, following the schedule, and achieving results.
Collaborate with Technical Support and product teams to resolve technical issues and channel customer feedback to our product development. Help our users with invoice and payment-related questions and issues, coordinate with Finance if necessary.
Data analysis and reporting: Identifying personalization opportunities revealed by Optimonk’s own know-how and data provided by the customer.
Marketing support: You will assist the marketing team in designing more effective campaigns by providing information from customer relationships and data.
You will need to personally assist in the onboarding process of new subscribers, help set up successful campaigns, and optimize them.
