  • 4+ years in business development or software sales, focused on the Romanian market.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to understand SaaS, AI and eCommerce solutions.
  • Bilingual: Romanian plus professional English proficiency.
  • Comfortable traveling—primarily within Romania, especially Bucharest.

🌟 Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in eCommerce or CRO tools such as OptiMonk.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
  • Leadership potential—ready to scale to Team Lead as our division grows.
  • Hungarian language knowledge is a huge plus

📋 Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Sales and Pipeline Building:

  • Manage outbound contacts, but fear not, you’re not alone
  • Manage inbound leads generated by our marketing team—your success is supported by a generous marketing budget.
  • Own lead qualification, demos, proposals, and deal closing.

Inbound Marketing Collaboration:

  • Coordinate campaigns with local customer service specialist and optimize conversion.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build trusted relationships with Romanian eCommerce leaders.
  • Educate clients on OptiMonk’s AI‑powered CRO benefits.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track pipeline, conversion metrics, and competitor movements.
  • Propose localized go-to-market strategies based on insights.

Event & Travel Engagement

  • Represent OptiMonk at conferences, workshops, and partner events.
  • Travel primarily around Bucharest and other Romanian cities.
