About the position

As the Customer Support Lead, you’ll be key in guiding our customer support team to deliver exceptional service (4.8/ 5 Star Shopify Review). You’ll manage daily operations, set performance goals, and fine-tune support processes to ensure our customers are always satisfied. In this leadership position, you’ll be the go-to person for complex issues, provide ongoing training and development for your team, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Your role is essential to our company, you’ll work directly with the CEO.

  • Innovate: Implement the power of AI to free up your team’s time, allowing them to focus on high-value tasks that make a real impact
  • Optimize Processes: Spot opportunities to streamline customer support processes, boosting efficiency and raising the bar for customer satisfaction
  • Manage Escalations: Be the go-to person for resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring they are handled quickly and effectively
  • Lead the Team: Guide, coach, and inspire your customer support team to not just meet, but exceed their performance targets. Provide continuous training to help them grow their skills and knowledge
  • Track Performance: Keep a close eye on key support metrics and make sure your team consistently hits or surpasses service level agreements (SLAs)
