Today, Sassy Scents is known for offering some of the best wax melts in the UK, alongside a variety of other hand-crafted, eco-friendly products made in the UK. The brand has successfully built an online presence through its Shopify store, leveraging Klaviyo for marketing automation.

The challenge

While Sassy Scents had already implemented solid marketing automation strategies with Klaviyo, they sought to improve their website conversion rates. 

Their goal was to grow their email list more effectively and understand which factors (like the size of discounts) might influence visitor sign-ups.
